Here is an expanded listing of the steps that the Master Lease Purchasing
Program requires.  Please have the preliminary listing with estimated cost
projections into me by August 31st and then firm bids can continue up until
the time of the Bond Oversight Meeting scheduled for October 25th.  Funds
are projected to be available on December 13th.  Please call with any
questions.
