UPDATE ON HB1570 and MONTHLY ALLOCATIONS:

As of 10:00am Wednesday, December 12, the Supreme Court has taken no action
on the requested motion to stay the HB 1570 decision until February 15,
2002.  The Office of State Finance will process December's monthly
allocations today and will provide each agency an allocation equal to the
lesser of the amount calculated based on the impact of HB1570 being
unconstitutional or the current monthly allocation.  If you have any
questions, please contact your budget analyst.
