As was mentioned at the OACUBO meeting, the IRS is hosting a seminar on 1042
S reporting.  A member from OSF is attending, but I wanted to share with
those who have a special interest in the reporting requirements.  The
conference will be held in Chicago, IL on October 23 in a one day session,
