[Cobo] Retirement Survey

Good Morning,

I have been asked by my Board to look into two possible changes to our 
retirement plan for the coming year:

     I.  Offer continuation of medical coverage for retirees up to age 65

     2.  Develop an early retirement plan based on a flat dollar amount or 
percentage of            annual salary.

If you have either of these plans I would appreciate it if you can share a 
copy of the written plan with me.
