[Cobo] Fire Marshall Survey

Please complete the following survey regarding fire-safety compliance and
return by Tuesday, February 5th.  This information will be compiled and
shared with the Presidents' Council on Wednesday morning.  Thank you for
your prompt response.


1.  Has the State Fire Marshall visited your campus within the last six (6)
months?   YES  or  NO

2.  Please provided an estimated total for expected fire-safety compliance
expenditures for the remainder of FY02 (now until June.)

3.  Please provided an estimated total for expected fire-safety compliance
expenditures for FY03.

4.  Please provided an estimated total all for identified expenditures
needed to meet fire standard regulations.  This amount should include all
expected expenditures to be in total compliance with regulations from the
current fiscal year forward.

5.  Have you closed any facilities due to fire safety non-compliance?   YES
or NO     If  YES,  please list the names of the facilities that are now
closed.
