Please note that Senate Bill 1486 was signed by the Governor with Section 19 reinstating the 20-year useful lifecycle as acceptable under the Master Lease financing program. 

With this change, the Master Lease Program is again a vehicle that would help in financing energy management programs.  Please consider the Master Lease Program when planning for longer term purchases.
