[Cobo] Budget Revisions FY03

Attached are the budget revision forms that should be completed and returned by Friday, September 27th.  Also, please have your revised budget entered into the OSF ICS System by that date.  

The State Regents approved a 4.34% reduction last Friday and notification was sent to your president with your institutions reduced allotment figure. You may go ahead and budget the performance funding allotments approved at the June meeting, although the amounts should be reduced by the 4.34%. The cash transfer of the performance funds can be expected for receipt in October.
