[Cobo] Master Lease, Third Series

If your institution is planning to participate in the final series for the calendar year 2003, please return the attached detail survey sheet to me by August 15th.  These projects must be approved by your boards and will go on the Regents' September 12th agenda.  Funds will be available for expenditure on or about December 17th.
 
Also, note on your calendars that the fall COBO meetings will resume on September 4th.
