Communication Liaison,

This is an urgent message for your General Ledger Users.  Attached is a
spreadsheet for November 18 & 19 Transactions.

Detail Transactions for November 18 and 19 Payment Posting Process

The attached list includes the warrants that were issued on November 18 and
19 for which the payment posting process did not complete.  The list is
sorted by Class.  The information contains the following data:

Payment           This is a reference number only
Reference         Warrant number
Amount            Amount of the warrant
Unit              Business Unit number
Voucher           Voucher number
Gross Amt         Gross Voucher amount
Class-Funding           Class Funding used on the voucher

The payment posting process was completed on March 27, 2004, and the
accounts payable balances and the cash balances have been decreased by the
gross voucher amounts.  These decreases will be reflected on the Summary of
Receipts and Disbursements in the March period.

The expenditure balances for November were not affected by this payment
posting process.  The expenditures were previously reflected as November
transactions on the Summary of Receipts and Disbursements in the
Expenditures column and in the Change in Accounts Payable column.  The 6
Digit reports also included these expenditures in previous November
reports.
