[Cobo] FW: Definition of Full-Time Employee

Attached is the "Working Draft" for the Heath and Other Benefits Survey.  I have verified most of the information either from web-site information, information you sent with the retirement survey, or by calling you or someone in  your HR department.  I have left a few cells highlighted in the spreadsheet for the information I have not been able verified.

I am also attaching the "Definition of a Full-Time Employee for Benefit Eligibility" spreadsheet.  I have not heard back from several to verify this information.  I have left the Institution Name highlighted for those I have not verified.

Please review both of the attachments (especially the highlighted portions) and let me know if corrections need to be made.  We will distribute and discuss this information at Thursday's COBO meeting.
