Agencies that buy US Savings Bonds should have received a letter from the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City announcing a name change and address change.  US Savings Bond payments should now be made to the order of Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis.

The vendor number for the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis for the HECLM
database is 0000264673.
