Business Officers,

 

Please find the attached "rules" that are being promulgated by the
Office of Personnel Management on the Direct Deposit Bill.  Please note
that there are exemptions in place for seasonal, temporary and student
workers, and others on a case-by-case (limited!) basis.

 

Please be reminded of the 11-10-04 email on the training being conducted
on December 9th and 10th and make sure your institution is being
represented.  You may contact OPM directly to set-up IDS and passwords
prior to the training.
