[Cobo] Letter for DCS on Deferred Maintenance

We have just received word of the request of DCS Task Force on deferred
maintenance.  We are aware that the September 1st deadline is a burden
and will contact John Richards' office to let them know that Higher
Education will coordinate the information and work on a more reasonable
timeframe for submitting the data.  Further information will come on
this request in the days ahead.  Thanks.
