[Cobo] budget training--Jan. 10, 2006

The Office of State Finance has announced a budget training session for
Higher Education users for January 10, 2006.  The training will be held
at the 4545 North Lincoln training room and will begin at 1:30 to
approximately 4:30 pm.  It is a good idea to have 2 to 3 people trained
for budget entry.  A map is attached.

 

If you have staff members who need to be trained (either a refresher or
new personnel) please send the following information and the training
materials can sent to them directly after the first of the year.  

 

For new users the attached form for user id should be completed and
returned as instructed.  Remember that the user ids will not be
effective until the user has been through a training session.
