[Cobo] CORE Budget entry day

The CORE Budget Office will be open all day on Wednesday, June 15, 2005,
from 8:00 am through 5:00 pm if you'd like to come to Oklahoma City and
enter your electronic budget. This is not required but available should
you or your staff like the extra support during this transition year.
The training room at 4545 N. Lincoln will be open and CORE budget staff
will be available to help you answer any questions that come up.  A map
is attached to this message as a pfd file.

 

At this time, the capital activities will continue to be entered by
department.  All departments must be submitted each time a capital
revision is made, even if the department is budgeted as zero. To submit
the budget center of "91" all capital activities must be entered with
the projected budget or entered as zeros.  If you have questions on
this, please call me.  OSF CORE will continue to address this issue as
we move into the new fiscal year, but for now they are requesting that
each department continued to be submitted.
