[Cobo] Updates to Cash flow projections for Capital Bond

Now that the closing date has been established and in order to maximize
our investment options and set up the required cash flow it is necessary
to update your cash flow projections.  Please send in your revised cash
flow projections, by project, on the attached form.  These forms will be
due by November 22nd, the Tuesday before Thanksgiving.  

 

The State Treasurer will use these figures to make investment decisions
over the life of the bond project so please give some thought to your
estimated need. Thanks.
