Subject: FW: Letter of Completion.

 

Please find the attached request from the Oklahoma Capital Improvement
Authority on the 1998/1999 OCIA Bond issue that included $45 million in
projects for higher education institutions.  The attached letter of
completion should be sent back to me and I'll compile and send all to
Madison at OCIA.

 

Please complete and return by April 3, 2006.

 

I have also attached for your reference the project listing and amounts
from that issuance that each institution received.  I realize that many
of you are new to your institutions since these projects have been
completed.  One letter for all your institution's projects will be
sufficient, but please reference the total dollar amount allocated to
your agency in the form attached.
