Business Officers,

The University of Central Oklahoma has recently committed to purchase 100%
of our electrical usage from wind power generation.  Due to the current
fuel cost surcharges, the cost of wind power generated electricity is about
$.01 per Kwh less than conventional fossil fuel generated electricity.  We
were wondering if there are any other Colleges or Universities in Oklahoma
that are purchasing significant amounts of electricity through wind power
generation, or are considering this option.
