Subject: FY-07 Higher Education Bills
Good day to all of you. Listed below are the bills I believe to be most
critical to higher education. There are other introduced bills that fit
these categories, some of these bills effect us directly, some
indirectly, and some of them can become carriers or expansions of
issues relative to higher education (I.e. retirement). After the next
deadline, Thursday, March 15th, when the bills must be voted off the
floor of the house of origin, will enable greater focus on those bills
still alive. I hope this information is helpful to you.
