Sheri -

 

            Can you send this out to COBO for me? I'm looking for
examples of agreements where a municipality has constructed a facility
on a higher ed campus and the facility will be used by both the
municipal government and the school. Specifically examples that include
things from the ground lease to maintenance and utility cost sharing
agreements.
