[Cobo] Meeting Postponed to Feb. 22nd

Due to threatening winter weather, we are moving the COBO meeting
scheduled for tomorrow, February 1, 2007, to Thursday, February 22,
2007, at 10:00 am in the Regents' Large Conference Room.
