[Cobo] Question

Good Afternoon,

A quick and easy question.

Has anyone recently had construction bid openings?  I am curious what kind
of cost per square foot you are getting.

I just opened bids on a 40,000 sq ft facility for I T learning center type
usage and it came in at $200 per square foot cost EXCLUDING and furnishings
and equipment.

Can you share with me what your experience has been.
