[Cobo] FY09 Academic Services Fee Forms

Attached is the file containing forms for FY09 Request for Changes to
Academic Services Fees.  You have probably already anticipated possible
changes for next fiscal year and have begun the process on your campus
to get them approved before the holidays.  If not, now is a good time to
begin the process.  The deadline for submitting these requests is
February 1, 2008, but I will be glad to accept the requests any time
prior to that.  Please give me a call if you have any questions.
