necessary IRS expertise to be in compliance.

 

Mr. Ed Salyers, Senior Employee Plans Specialist with the Tax Exempt and
Governmental Entities Operating Division of the Internal Revenue Service
will present:

 

            What the regulations require

            How to design your plan document

            What audit issues may arise

 

Cost for the entire package (information, samples, and questions
answered) is $495.00 per institution.  Bring as many colleagues as you
like - just be sure and reserve enough space.  Registration form is
