[Cobo] September Allocation Reductions

We have been information that OSF has posted a 5% reduction in your
September General Revenue allocations.  This amount should be the same
amount that was reduced in the August General Revenue allocations.

 

We will forward the formal announcement, expected later this afternoon,
and the exact amounts as soon as received.
