[Cobo] FY11 Tuition Attachments 9a and 9b

Please see the attached sheets for tuition and fee information for the
upcoming year. These changes for FY11 tuition and mandatory fees were
approved by the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education at the June
24th, 2010 board meeting.
