[Cobo] Compensation Analysis RFP

[Christy Landsaw]

Recently our Compensation and Classification Oversight Committee decided to
look outside of our institution and hire a consulting team to examine our
employee classification system, conduct a market salary study, and define a
performance management process.  Does anyone have an RFP they have put
together and would be willing to share? Also, any information or suggestions
you can offer on the subject would be appreciated.
