Last fall we expanded the length of the nightly vendor interface to include the DUNS and email address fields.  As we are working with agencies to test the transition process, we understand that some agencies are receiving an error when submitting files with the expanded length.

The problem is that the old file 'CORE.BUXXX00.VNDR.RECEIVD' has been allocated with a record length of 460 characters.  To allocate with the new length of 550, the existing file must be deleted and then re-created with the new record length.

Agencies may delete and re-allocate the file themselves.  However, if you need assistance, we can delete the old file for you and then you may create it with the new record length when you submit the file.  If you need assistance, please contact the OSF Helpdesk at helpdesk at osf.ok.gov<mailto:helpdesk at osf.ok.gov> or 405-521-2444 or toll free at 866-521-2444 and mention that you need assistance with the vendor interface file.
