As follow-up to our discussion this morning with Ms. Garcia regarding the conversion to the electronic vender payment system, please see the required exemption form for those payments that are required to be made via paper warrant.

The link above will lead you to the 2014 Exemption forms that must be file with the State Treasurer's office by April 30, 2013.  Your current exemptions will expire on June 30, 2013.  Please direct any questions you may have regarding the form to Ms. Susan Nicewander (405-522-4214) at the State Treasurer's office.

Electronic Payment Requirement

State law requires that funds disbursed from the State Treasury be sent electronically.   State agencies are able to request an exemption from this requirement with cause.  The Electronic Payment Exemption Request electronic document linked below should be used by state agencies to seek an exemption for cause from this requirement.  Only requests submitted via this document will be considered.

State agencies must complete and submit the Request electronically via email to Electronic.Payment.Exemption at treasurer.ok.gov<mailto:%45%6c%65%63%74%72%6f%6e%69%63%2e%50%61%79%6d%65%6e%74%2e%45%78%65%6d%70%74%69%6f%6e%40%74%72%65%61%73%75%72%65%72%2e%6f%6b%2e%67%6f%76>. Each Request will be evaluated based on the information provided.  Each agency will receive a confirmation of the receipt of their Request along with a notification of whether the exemption(s) sought has been approved.  All exemptions will expire on June 30, 2014.  Agencies should submit their Request(s) by April 30, 2013, to ensure the exemption(s) can be processed before July 1.
