How often have you wondered how other institutions create RFPs for services that  you might also need?  Do they ask for services that you have not requested, what has worked for others?

To help you with your procurement process, SACUBO is creating an RFP Library.  To help you, we first need your help collecting RFP's.  Any subject is welcome, including dining, housing, facilities and all types of consultants.   Please contact others in your state and ask them to submit an RFP or two.  Please send your RFP's to:

When completed, you will be able to access the library from the SACUBO website.    Please encourage your colleagues  in your State to participate.  The more RFP's we receive, the more useful the library will be.
