In preparation for your Budget and Tuition and Mandatory Fee Request presentations to the State Regents on Wednesday, June 24, we would ask that you include the following information:


  *   A brief summary of how your institution has absorbed the 3.5 percent budget cut for FY16, specifically with regard to the negative impact on faculty, staff, courses, etc. Please send the details of this summary to Amanda Paliotta at apaliotta at osrhe.edu<mailto:apaliotta at osrhe.edu> by Friday, June 19.


  *   Information breaking down your institution's Tuition and Mandatory Fee Request by both percentage increase and by the actual dollar amount increase to students per credit hour. Amanda Paliotta has previously communicated this request to your business officers.


  *   Responses to the following questions posed by our State Regents:
     *   What is the percentage of students at your institution who graduate with student loan debt?
     *   What is the average student loan debt for students at your institution upon graduation?
     *   What is the percentage of students at your institution who are first-generation college students (the first in their family to attend college)?
