[Cobo] Hyperion Capital Request Training - Campus Master Plan

OMES has scheduled the following training sessions in relation to the new Hyperion System for entry of your Campus Long Range Planning Commission capital projects.  Please have at least two people trained for this task.  If not already  done so, the attached form can be used for ID security assignments.  Please note that the room seats are limited so Lia Tepker, our budget analyst, will be managing the enrollments.  Please send her an email with your preferred dates and times and she will fill in the enrollments as availability allows.  Please share with the appropriate staff on your camps. Thank you.


Training specifics:
Tuesday, April 7th – morning session (9-noon)
Tuesday, April 7th – afternoon session (1:30 – 4:30)
Wednesday, April 8th – morning session (9-noon)
Wednesday, April 8th – afternoon session (1:30 – 4:30)

Will Rogers Building, Room C-06 – basement level, Oklahoma City, OK, State Capitol Complex

They will need to contact their budget analyst to register (Lia Tepker).  – Lia.tepker at omes.ok.gov<mailto:Lia.tepker at omes.ok.gov>

They will also need to fill out the attached form for UPK – Capital Improvement Planner (CIP)
