Alpha List Information

In order to accurately calculate full-time equivalents, we need to know how many biweekly pay periods with paycheck dates for the month are in a given reporting month. In the past, we tracked this information based on PeopleSoft pay calendars. Since this information is no longer available, we need higher education institutions to provide this information when uploading the alpha list file. The new field is highlighted on the run control shown in the attached file.  If an institution has biweekly payrolls for the corresponding month, then they must indicate whether there are two or three biweekly paycheck dates being reported for that month. If an institution does not have any biweekly payrolls, then let the pay period default to '2' and continue to process the upload.
