[Cobo] FY2018 Budgets

I have been notified that all higher education budgets have now posted.  If you encounter a budget issue, please let me know.

The budget/cash balance reports should populate overnight and be ready for you to run on Monday.  Any claims in the system as of today should budget check tonight. Thanks.
