It has been pointed out there is a typo in the memo portion of the attachment below.  The percentage should read 0.8% reduction from the Oil Gross Production revenue sources..  We hope to share additional details next week.

Attached are the final allocation amounts received from Oil Gross Production Revenue that was appropriated for FY17.  Of the original $82.3 million appropriated from Oil Gross Production Revenue for FY17, actual collections available for allocation in FY17 totaled $76.1 million, which equates to a shortfall of approximately $6.2 million (an additional annualized reduction of 0.08%).

This shortfall will be applied across the board for all institutions, programs, and agency operations in the June allocations and will be presented to the State Regents for ratification at our meeting on Thursday, June 29.
