[Cobo] FW: Hyperion Maintence Scheduled -- Shutdown overnight

Please be aware of the Hyperion system shutdown. This outage is required to fix the aggregation and reporting pieces of the budget entry processes for FY2018.  Currently, those processes aren't functioning, thus for those that have notified me this week of their completion of the entry into Hyperion, I won't be able to send your report and confirm the submission as accurate until OMES can address these problems.

They are hopeful to repair overnight tonight, yet it is unclear whether the aggregation will also run tonight or not until tomorrow.  Please continue to be patient and I'll get back with you as I can with your reports. Thanks.

You may continue to enter your budgets until 6:30 tonight.  Then we will see tomorrow if they have been successful in the repairs overnight.

The Office of Management and Enterprise Services reports that the Hyperion Budget System will be down for maintenance on June 21, 2017 from 6:30pm until June 22,2017 at 8:00 am.  During this time no users will be able to access they Hyperion Budget System. This will affect multiple agencies statewide.
