[Cobo] FW: FY2020 Capital Outlay Request spreadsheet

Business Officers,                               PLEASE SHARE WITH THE APPROPRIATE DIVISION ON YOUR CAMPUS FOR COMPLETION.

This year's campus master plan update will be submitted using the same spreadsheet format developed two years ago by the Long Range Planning Commission Staff. This form is attached.  You may start with your spreadsheet from last year and make the necessary changes, edits and updates.

Please list all of your institution's campus master plan projects in the spreadsheet and return to me by email (smauck at osrhe.edu<mailto:smauck at osrhe.edu>) by JUNE 15, 2018.

Thank you for your attention to this annual request.  If you have questions, please let me know.   Also, if you need me to send the worksheet your institution submitted last year, please let me know.

Hi Sheri,

It is time to begin this year's capital outlay request submittal process. As you are probably aware, the issues with Hyperion are still unresolved. The software that was supposed to be initiated in the past year is not viable either. Due to the ongoing software issues, I am using the spreadsheet again this year. I did not make any changes to the spreadsheet, other than updating the fiscal year columns.

If I remember correctly, last year you handled communication to your agencies regarding the capital outlay request submittal spreadsheet. Is that how you would like to proceed this year? If anyone has questions or needs in-depth assistance, I am happy to help.

Also, if there is anything that I can do on my end to make the information transfer easier for your people, please let me know.
