[Cobo] NO Council of Business Officers' Meeting this month

The Council of Business Officers' meeting for October 4, 2018, has been cancelled.  Please remove from your calendars.

We will meet in November  on the morning of the 9th (FRIDAY) at OACUBO in Tulsa, OK.  The Chancellor is scheduled to be at that meeting.
