Speakers will include:

Gene B. Lidyard, director of OMES State Risk Management
Lidyard has held the position of OMES State Risk Management director since 2001. Prior to his current assignment, he held various risk management positions with several Fortune 100 corporations for over 28 years.

Janet Morrow, deputy director of OMES State Risk Management
Morrow handles all commercial policy placement, coordinates the collection of actuarial data for OMES State Risk Management's annual actuarial reports, audits and monitors OMES State Risk Management's budget and financial statements, and prepares reports for federal audit compliance.

Julie Corley, assistant attorney general contracted to OMES State Risk Management
Corley was an assistant attorney general with the Office of the Oklahoma Attorney General from 1990 through 2000 in the Litigation Unit and legal counsel for risk management. She returned to risk management in November of 2012, as an assistant attorney general in the Legal Counsel Unit under contract with OMES to provide legal counsel for Risk Management.

Tom Swartz, Head of Oklahoma Operations, Marsh
Swartz is the head of the Oklahoma operations at Marsh's Tulsa office. He oversees the transactional services to clients throughout Oklahoma.
