[Cobo] Quarantine/Self Quarantine Question

OSU suspended all international travel, all domestic air travel and out-of-state travel for University related business or academic purposed until further notice, unless such travel is essential to the university.  Essential travel being what is necessary to the ongoing operations of the core academic, research or operations functions.
There are no current restrictions for in-state travel, but as everyone is doing, we are monitoring the situation as it is changing daily.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Has anyone developed a policy on use of leave as it relates to quarantined employees or requests by employees who wish to self-quarantine?

Additionally, are any of you requiring employees to self-report their travel activities or is the institution restricting any university travel?

Any information that you are willing to give me on how your institutions are handling the current COVID-19 issue would be greatly appreciated.
