[Cobo] FY2021 SRA3 Forms

Business Officers:

Attached are the SRA3 Forms and SRA3 Background Data workbooks with SRA3 Instructions for the FY2021 Budget.  The deadline for submitting FY2021 budget is Wednesday, June 10, 2020.  Please distribute the forms to your staffs who are participating in the SRA3 preparation and reporting process.

Please mail or deliver three hole-punched copies of the SRA3 Budget and the SRA3 Background Data to Sheri Mauck and email electronic copies of the SRA3 Budget and Background Data workbooks in Excel format to me at ycollier at osrhe.edu<mailto:ycollier at osrhe.edu> by June 10 or earlier upon the completion of the forms.  It would be very helpful to email first the SRA3 workbooks as soon as it is completed and followed with the SRA3 Background Data workbooks by the deadline.

The FY2021 submission will include Federal Stimulus funding received from the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund and Emergency Financial Aid Grants to Students (CARES).  Please report the Federal Stimulus Funds CARES to Schedules A, Schedules C, and Schedules F.
