We have had inquiries from Presidents regarding the possibility of receiving potential financial assistance from state or federal resources to address the significant increase in utility costs associated with the February 2021 winter storm that affected the state of Oklahoma. For the purpose of this request, utility costs are defined as natural gas and electricity costs incurred by the institution.

In preparation for any discussion regarding potential state or federal financial assistance to address the negative impacts of the winter storm on utility costs, please provide the information below to Sheri Mauck, Interim Vice Chancellor for Budget & Finance, at smauck at osrhe.edu<mailto:smauck at osrhe.edu> by Wednesday, March 17.
