Business Officers:

The SRA6 report survey for entering FY2021 institutional income and expenditure data is available in Excel file as attached along with the instruction.

Please report the Federal stimulus CARES fund to schedule 1, Federally Appropriated Income (line 1310).

The due date for submitting all schedules is Monday, February 28, 2022.
