Please find the new debt service schedules for the 2014A OCIA series that was refunding in late May 2024 and will impact the obligations for the coming fiscal year.  Attached are the new institutional debt service schedule to use for FY25 audit disclosures and updated (lower) amounts outstanding as of July 1, 2024.

Please find the attached spreadsheet for the now refunded 2014A, Series 2024A, with a breakdown by institution.

There are 3 tabs on the worksheet for reference:

  1.  2014A prior outstanding debt
  2.  The Principal Breakdown tab, which looks at the original principal amounts as a percentage of the total principal for each maturity and calculates the new principal amounts for each institution. Great reference tool when comparing the two series.
  3.  The 2024A Debt Service Breakdown tab calculates the new principal and interest totals based on the calculated percentages for each institution.

We did use the updated % for the OSU/NOC update a few years ago.

Also Note, the 7/1/2024 Principal for the Series 2014A was not refunded. It will be paid on that date and the series will officially end.

Do you recall how this was handled with the institutions auditors when this was refunded in 2014?

Will your office be sending the institutions their new breakdowns?
