Business Officers:

The SRA6 report survey for entering FY2024 institutional income and expenditure data is available in Excel file as attached along with the instruction.

Please report the Federal stimulus CARES fund and American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) fund to schedule 1, Federally Appropriated Income (line 1310).

The due date for submitting all schedules is January 28, 2025.
