[Cobo] Deferred Maintenance Project Progress Reporting - First Quarter FY-25

Ladies and Gentlemen:

Attached please find a rather rudimentary template for reporting progress on deferred maintenance projects at your institutions. I am convinced many improvements can be made to the template as we develop an effective reporting solution for review by legislators, executive officers, institution officers and regents. We are attempting to aggregate the responses to provide valuable information as to activity in the first quarter of FY-25. Each of the fields attempts to provide status, progress or expectations going forward.

I appreciate your efforts for this first reporting period. Each of you are far more experienced in project recordkeeping and management than me, so I look forward to all suggestion to improve our information elements and our process. Please do not hesitate to add any information you deem relevant as part of your response.
