[Cobo] FY-25 Deferred Maintenance Project and OCAMP Fund Summary

Ladies and Gentlemen:

After meeting with legislative staff earlier today, we believe it is very important that we are positioned to provide executive and legislative officials with as complete a rendering of the uses of the FY-25 Oklahoma Capital Assets Maintenance and Protection (OCAMP) Funds as possible. For most institutions the quarterly updates have been very useful, however I am asking that you provide us with similar information with an emphasis on the allocated OCAMP funds, including any funds carried over and budgeted in FY-26. Attached please find a template for providing an FY-25 summary of project activity and the use of OCAMP funds in that effort.

Thank you for your continued assistance as we work to standardize and improve the reporting of the deferred maintenance program effort. Much progress has been made , but much remains to be done. As always, we welcome all suggestions as to how we can address the deferred maintenance backlog with the highest level of transparency and accountability.
