Business Officers:

Just wanted to remind you that the deadline for submitting FY2026 budget is this Wednesday.  Please make sure to send the electronic submission in Excel format for both SRA3 forms and SRA3 background data forms to ycollier at osrhe.edu<mailto:ycollier at osrhe.edu> by tomorrow.  If your board's meeting for budget approval set to be later than June 11, still submit your proposed SRA3 budget by deadline and followed by changes if they occur upon board's approval.  Thank you.

Business Officers:

Attached are the SRA3 Forms and SRA3 Background Data workbooks with SRA3 Instructions for the FY2026 Budget.  The deadline for submitting FY2026 budget is June 11, 2025.

Please mail or deliver three hole-punched copies of the SRA3 Budget and the SRA3 Background Data to Mark Tygret and email electronic copies of the FY2026 SRA3 Budget and Background Data workbooks in Excel format to ycollier at osrhe.edu<mailto:ycollier at osrhe.edu> upon the completion of the forms.

The FY2026 submission will include Federal Stimulus Funding received from the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund and Emergency Financial Aid Grants to Students, the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) and American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).  Please report CARES and ARPA to Schedule A, Schedule C, and Schedule F.
