[Cobo] REMINDER - 3rd Quarter Deferred Maintenance Project and Expenditure Update

Ladies and Gentlemen:

A reminder for those that have not had the opportunity to submit an update on the project progress of your FY-25 deferred maintenance projects that employ all or in part funds from the Oklahoma Capital Asset Maintenance and Protection (OCAMP) Fund, please do so at your earliest convenience. We need to provide the updates to legislative officials and to the Long-Range Capital Planning Commission. It is very important to illustrate the amount of OCAMP funds allocated to each project, the amounts encumbered and expended and the estimated completion date of each project, among the information. We will continue to refine the reporting process in year two - we welcome any suggestions for improvement and best practices.

The update template is attached, if needed. Also, the year-end FY-25 report will be heading out sometime before August 1, 2025. Thank you to all for your patience and assistance in this first year as we work to establish accountability standards and provide a transparent reporting process.
