[Cobo] SRA6 for FY2025

The SRA6 report survey for entering FY2025 institutional income and expenditure data is available in Excel file as attached along with the instruction.


On schedule 6, the total expenditures by function should be equal to the total expenditures by object.  Please report the Federal stimulus CARES fund and American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) fund to schedule 1, Federally Appropriated Income (line 1310).


The due date for submitting all schedules is February 9, 2026.  Please email the survey to ycollier at osrhe.edu<mailto:ycollier at osrhe.edu> and feel free to contact me if you have any questions.  Thank you for your diligence.
